STEP 1
We get to know you in a free consultation call or face-to-face appointment.
We explain the ins and outs of Medicare, like Parts A and B, and how to choose between Plan G and Medicare Advantage. Next, we’ll discuss your medications, doctors, travel habits, and personal preferences. We'll narrow your options and explain your next steps, and if necessary we will help you get enrolled in Medicare through the social security website.
STEP 2
In our second meeting, we finalize your plan choice.
Roughly two weeks later, once you have your Medicare number (don’t worry—you’ll know exactly how to get this!), we’ll choose the right Medicare Advantage or Medigap plan for you. We’ll make sure your medications and doctors are covered, and that you’re aware of trade-offs. Then we’ll enroll you!
STEP 3
We personally confirm your enrollment with the insurance company.
Unfortunately, many Medicare agents don’t do this, which can lead to time-consuming and
sometimes costly sign-up errors. We'll make sure everything is finalized and accurate, and call you to confirm the enrollment details.
STEP 4
We continue service your coverage and check in with you each year to ensure you've got the best deal.
Every October, we analyze your plan, along with your doctors, medications, and lifestyle,
comparing it to other plans on the market, to make sure you’re getting the best coverage and value. If you’re not, we’ll help you switch.
